We are looking for an experienced Controller who wants to work close to the operations and support managers in financial decision-making. You will have a varied assignment focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up in a changing organization with a strong focus on development and the opportunity to influence working methods.

Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week), with a requirement for at least 4 weeks of leave during weeks 28–32

Job Description

As a Controller, you will act as a close support to managers regarding financial matters. You will prepare decision support materials and analyses, and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, follow-ups, and closing accounts. You ensure that work complies with regulations and actively contribute to developing financial processes. You collaborate closely with a team and other functions, supporting approximately 10 managers in an organization driving change and developing new working methods.

Who is the right fit?

You have a university degree in economics or finance and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles. You are confident in budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up, and thrive in a business-close role. As a person, you are driven, take initiative, and question constructively. You have strong collaboration skills and can create structure even in a changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience from the public sector is highly meritorious. It is also positive if you have worked in organizations undergoing change, preferably in connection with the implementation of new financial models.
